New AI powered platform moves beyond chatbot style triage to resolve IT tickets end to end, targeting the escalation burden facing Enterprise IT teams
Galaxy Office Automation has unveiled Auxhealium, an AI powered conversational IT co-pilot designed to autonomously resolve IT support issues rather than simply route them to a human agent.
Unlike traditional IT service management tools that guide a user through troubleshooting steps and then escalate unresolved issues, Auxhealium combines guided troubleshooting, deep enterprise knowledge retrieval, and self healing automation in a single platform. The system is designed to learn from an organization's own support history, turning institutional IT expertise into automation that improves with every interaction.
"Every enterprise IT team we work with is fighting the same battle: too many repetitive tickets, not enough hands to close them," said Anoop Paidhungat, Chairman and Managing Director of Galaxy Office Automation. "Auxhealium was built on a simple premise. Support tools should not just talk to users about their problem. They should fix it. That is the difference between a chatbot and a co-pilot."
Built for Enterprise scale
Galaxy is positioning Auxhealium to Mid and Large Enterprises, the segments where IT escalation volumes and compliance requirements are both high. The platform is being developed with SOC 2 guidelines, as part of Galaxy's broader Vision 2030 roadmap for its AI and automation practice.
Galaxy brings 38 years of enterprise IT delivery experience to the launch, along with OEM partnerships including Dell Technologies, Broadcom, Checkpoint giving Auxhealium a deployment foundation built on established enterprise infrastructure relationships rather than a standalone SaaS launch with no delivery history behind it.
Availability
Auxhealium is available now for enterprise pilots and deployments in India, with interested organizations able to request a demonstration a auxhealium.com.
